 Return Policy 

1. Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

2. Exclusions: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to clearance items, perishable goods, and personalized/customized products


3. Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [number of days] days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will promptly replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.

7. Return Shipping: If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only, excluding shipping charges.
